runDisney’s Springtime Surprise Weekend is coming back in 2024 for it’s third year and it’s bringing new themes for it’s 5K, 10K, 10 Miles, and 19.3 Miles races!
If you’re a fan of the Peter Pan, Up!, Lion King, or Lilo & Stitch movies, then you won’t want to miss out on this race weekend. Club runDisney Gold & Platinum members will be able to register early on August 15th, 2023 at 10 a.m. eastern time on the runDisney.com website. General registration opens August 22nd, 2023 at 10 a.m. eastern time. Disney fans also have the option to register for the virtual races starting on August 25th, 2023 at 10:00 AM eastern time if you won’t make it to Walt Disney World in 2024 for the in-person races.
This year’s Springtime Surprise Weekend will feature the following themes: Neverland for the 5k (3.1 mile) event, Adventure is Out There for the 10k (6.2 mile) event, Hakuna Matata for the 10-miler event, and all of them combined for the 10.5k (19.3 mile) Stitch’s ‘Ohana Challenge event.

Complete the 5K, 10K and 10-Miler races on pace and earn:
