Below we have posted the proposed DVC annual dues for 2020. As of December 12th, 2019, the DVC Condominium Associations has approve the new annual dues at their annual meeting.
The new 2020 budgets was calculated based on the 2019 fiscal year operating expenses as well as the anticipated and known changes in operating costs for the 2020 fiscal year. The annual dues for the calendar year January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 were determined by the estimated operating budget, the estimated capital reserves budget, and estimated taxes.

The dues amounts are displayed below by resort. Your total bill is determined by the number of points you own at your home resort (i.e. 100 points at Saratoga Springs would work out to be $676.50, or $6.7650 x 100 points).
