Celebrate HerStory at Disney Springs

It is already March, and that brings Women’s History Month and some new HerStory specialty food items to Disney Springs. To celebrate the incredible women creating history, or rather HerStory, today; Disney is highlighting women in the food industry. 

These Women’s History Month desserts will only be available for a limited time, so make sure to get them while you can!

Mrs. Incredible Float

Marketplace Snacks

You can’t have incredible women without acknowledging Mrs. Incredible, one of the fiercest animated women that Disney has ever created. The float is strawberry and lemon dole whip floating on top of a black cherry lemonade. Mrs. Incredible’s candy mask is the perfect edible garnish, and it also comes with a souvenir Mrs. Incredible straw. 

This delicious float can be found at Marketplace Snacks for $9.99.

Step Up &  “She is FIERCE” Cupcakes

Sprinkles

Sprinkles, a specialty cupcake shop, will be featuring two cupcakes in honor of Women’s History Month. 

The first is the Step Up cupcake that is available from March 1-14. It is their White Chocolate Raspberry cupcake, filled with raspberry compote and topped with white chocolate raspberry frosting. It includes a decorative piece on the top with the StepUp logo on it.

The second cupcake, available March 8, is titled “She is FIERCE”. This red velvet cupcake will be available for one day only, in honor of International Women’s Day.

Chef Amanda’s Chef Toque Bonbon

The Ganachery

Inside of The Ganachery there are a couple of delicious treats available to celebrate HerStory. Chef Amanda, the executive chef and operator of The Ganachery created the most decadent chocolate treat. The Chef Toque Bonbon is a dark chocolate filled with cherry gel, and pistachio ganache. This dream chocolate is $3 per piece. 

Captain Marvel Chocolate Piñata

Also at The Ganachery is the Captain Marvel Chocolate Piñata. We can thank Chef Amanda for this celebratory treat as well. It is a decorated chocolate sphere filled with pecan toffee crunch pieces. The decorations honor one of Marvel’s most powerful female superheroes, Captain Marvel.

Chef Yoly’s Flancocho

Amorette’s Patisserie

Another HerStory treat can be found inside of Amorette’s Patisserie. Created by Chef Yoly herself, this is a new creation. The Flancocho is a mix of Chef Yoly’s two favorite desserts. 

Her Hops Flight

City Works

The City Works Eatery & Pour House is celebrating women by featuring a Her Hops Flight. It features four brews from four female owned or led breweries.

Brownie Vanilla Cake Bar

Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC

This treat can be found inside Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC. This bakery is owned and operated by Erin McKenna.
