Where You Can Dine Like A Parisian With Remy

Remy

First premiering in 2007, Ratatouille was Pixar’s eighth full-length feature film. It captured hearts worldwide with its message of appreciating life, following your passion, and not letting your past hold you back from your dreams. Since its debut, Disney has added several experiences inspired by the French joie de vivre beautifully portrayed in the movie.

Disney Cruise Line – Remy

While all Disney Cruise Line ships offer upscale dining experiences, only the Disney Dream and the Disney Fantasy, feature Remy, a restaurant inspired by Ratatouille. This adult-exclusive dining venue exudes French elegance with dark wood finishes, charming Parisian details, and hidden Remy figures throughout. Guests can enjoy a variety of dining experiences, including brunch, but the prix-fixe dinner experience begins around $145 per person.

Chefs de France at EPCOT

For an authentic French meal at Walt Disney World, Chefs de France in EPCOT is a must-visit. Often available for walk-up guests, this charming restaurant once featured a tiny animatronic Remy who greeted diners table side from 2009–2013. While Remy is now “busy in the kitchen,” his namesake dish Ratatouille sur quinoa remains on the menu as a delicious plant-based option.

Crêpe Craze – La Crêperie de Paris & Crêpes À Emporter

What could be more French than a crêpe? With the opening of the Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure attraction, the France Pavilion at EPCOT expanded to include La Crêperie de Paris, a table-service restaurant, and Crêpes À Emporter, a quick-service window. The cozy, casual French ambiance pairs perfectly with a glass of champagne or wine. For a quicker bite, Crêpes À Emporter offers both sweet and savory crêpes—ideal for enjoying as you stroll to your next World Showcase destination.

EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival

With just under a month left, don’t miss your chance to explore EPCOT’s Food & Wine Festival, which concludes November 22, 2025. During the festival, guests can take part in Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak, a scavenger hunt featuring hidden Remy statues throughout the park. Maps and sticker sets are available for $11.99 at select merchandise locations. While searching, be sure to stop by the France booth for Parisian delights like escargot and crème brûlée.

Bistrot Chez Rémy – Disneyland Paris

Across the Atlantic, you can visit Remy in his home city at Bistrot Chez Rémy in Walt Disney Studios Park (soon to be renamed Disney Adventure Worlds). Opened in 2014 alongside the Ratatouille: L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy attraction, the restaurant invites guests to dine “shrunken” to the size of a mouse in a whimsical Parisian setting. Included in select dining plans, it’s an unforgettable way to experience French cuisine—with a Disney twist—while in actual France.

Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure – EPCOT

At Walt Disney World, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure opened on October 1, 2021, bringing the beloved story to life through trackless ride technology and immersive 3D effects. Disney recently announced that the attraction underwent a brief refurbishment from November 10–13, 2025. These short refurbishments are typically scheduled ahead of the busy holiday season to ensure full park capacity. The EPCOT version closely mirrors the original at Disneyland Paris, though the Paris ride features slightly different queue layouts and more dialogue in French—making each experience uniquely charming.

From Paris to the high seas, Ratatouille continues to inspire Disney experiences that celebrate food, creativity, and the joy of following your passion, just like Remy himself. Whether you’re savoring a crêpe in EPCOT, dining at sea, or exploring Disneyland Paris, each location offers a little taste of Remy’s world and the reminder that “anyone can cook.”

That love for the parks eventually led to roles as a Cast Member on both coasts – at Disneyland and across several teams in Florida.
