The holiday season at Walt Disney World brings festive decorations, special events, and the arrival of a very important guest. Santa Claus will be making appearances across all four theme parks and Disney Springs, offering families a chance to share their wish lists and capture a memorable photo. Each location provides a distinct backdrop and experience, fitting the unique theme of its surroundings.
This guide will walk you through all the locations where you can meet Santa Claus at Walt Disney World this year. We will cover the specific spots in each park, what makes each experience different, and tips for making your visit as smooth as possible.

Magic Kingdom
At Magic Kingdom, Santa Claus is a central figure in the holiday celebrations. During Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, he appears in his sleigh as the finale of “Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade.” This provides a magical moment as he travels down Main Street, U.S.A. Starting on Thanksgiving Day, all park guests can meet Santa in person at a dedicated location in Storybook Circus. For the first time, this area of the park is fully decorated for the holidays, creating a colorful and festive environment for his visit. This meet-and-greet is available daily through December 24, giving families a chance to meet him in the heart of the most classic Disney park.

EPCOT
During the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, which begins November 28, Santa Claus will be meeting guests inside the new CommuniCore Hall. This location will be festively decorated, providing a comfortable, indoor setting for families to visit with him. Nearby, guests can also see an impressive gingerbread display featuring Spaceship Earth. In addition to the main Santa meet-and-greet, EPCOT offers opportunities to learn about holiday traditions from around the world. As you explore the World Showcase, you can see other holiday figures like Père Noël in France and Barn Santa in Norway. For another character experience, Santa Goofy is often available for photos at The Odyssey pavilion. Santa’s last day at EPCOT will be December 24.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios
At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Santa Claus can be found at the Walt Disney Presents attraction. This location has been transformed into a festive tribute to holiday films, featuring props and artifacts from movies like The Santa Clause and The Muppet Christmas Carol. The meet-and-greet area itself is designed to look like Santa’s workshop, inspired by the 1932 Silly Symphony short, “Santa’s Workshop.” This setting offers a nostalgic and cozy atmosphere, filled with vintage-style artwork and details that create the feeling of stepping into a classic Christmas story. The experience is available daily until December 24. For those attending the after-hours Disney Jollywood Nights event, Duffy the Disney Bear may also be spotted dressed in his own Santa suit.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom
In Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Santa has set up his meet-and-greet on the Parasaurolophus Porch at Restaurantosaurus in DinoLand U.S.A. This location offers a fun and quirky holiday experience, with decorations that blend prehistoric themes with Christmas cheer. You might notice dinosaur statues wearing Santa hats or festive decor that honors the paleontologists of the Dino Institute. The whimsical setting provides a unique photo opportunity that is different from any other Santa location on property. Santa will be available at this spot from November 14 through December 24, giving guests a chance to enjoy a dino-sized dose of holiday fun.

Disney Springs
For those visiting the bustling shopping and dining district, Santa can be found at his workshop located near Disney’s Pin Traders. This is a very popular photo opportunity, and to manage the flow of guests, Disney uses a virtual queue system. To meet Santa at Disney Springs, you must join the virtual queue through the My Disney Experience app. A standby line is not available. The virtual queue opens at multiple times throughout the day, so it is important to check the app for your opportunity to join. This system allows you to explore Disney Springs while you wait for your turn, rather than spending your time in a physical line. Santa will be at this location until December 24.
Plan Your Holiday Visit
Meeting Santa is a highlight for many families visiting Walt Disney World during the holidays. Each location offers a unique theme and atmosphere, from the classic workshop at Hollywood Studios to the whimsical dino-decor at Animal Kingdom. Using the virtual queue at Disney Springs can save you valuable time, while checking the park schedule will ensure you don’t miss his limited-time appearances. No matter where you choose to see him, the experience is sure to add a special touch of magic to your holiday trip.
