The Turf Club Bar & Grill is back in action at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. After a lengthy refurbishment, the restaurant has reopened with updated interiors, new furnishings, revamped outdoor seating, and a reworked menu. Here is a look at what has changed and what guests can expect on their next visit.
A Phased Reopening

The refurbishment of the Turf Club Bar & Grill and the Turf Club Lounge was announced earlier this year, with the work handled in phases so each space could return on its own schedule. The Lounge reopened first on August 31, and the Bar & Grill followed later once its portion of the project wrapped up.
To mark the occasion, Disney held a ribbon-cutting ceremony welcoming the restaurant back. The staggered approach let guests continue enjoying part of the venue while the rest of the work moved forward.
Inside the Refreshed Dining Room

The interior is where many of the changes stand out. New flooring and carpeting have been installed throughout the restaurant, and the tables and chairs have been arranged into a new configuration. The chair cushions have been replaced as well, giving the seating a fresh feel.
A new coat of paint and updated decor round out the indoor refresh. One detail worth noting is the flow of the space itself. When you walk in, the dining room carries a darker atmosphere near the entrance before opening into brighter areas toward the windows and the outdoor seating.
Updated Outdoor Seating

The changes continue outside on the patio. New weather-resistant, wood-look tables and chairs have been added, giving the outdoor area a durable yet warm appearance that holds up to Florida’s climate.
There is also new high-top seating, which offers views toward the water and Disney Springs. It gives guests another spot to settle in for a meal or a drink while taking in the surroundings.
New Additions to the Menu
Along with the physical updates, the Turf Club Bar & Grill has rolled out a reworked food and beverage menu. Many longtime favorites remain, but several new dishes and adjustments have joined the lineup.
On the appetizer side, the Lemon Butter Shrimp is a new option, served with sun-dried tomatoes, feta, capers, and toasted bread. The Calamari stays on the menu but now comes with different seasonings.
Changes to the Entrees
The entree section brings a handful of swaps. The Braised Pork Shank takes the place of the former Bourbon-Apple Glazed Pork Chop, while the Char-grilled Butcher’s Steak replaces the New York Strip Steak, featuring a different cut and new seasonings.
There are a few more updates to know about. The Spinach and Mushroom Linguini is a new entree that replaces the former Tempura-fried Hen of the Wood Mushroom. The Corn Flake-breaded Fried Chicken and Waffle has stepped in for the previous Buttermilk-fried Herb Chicken, and the Pappardelle pasta now comes with shrimp instead of scallops.
A Fully Revamped Dessert Lineup
The dessert menu has been overhauled entirely, with four new offerings replacing the earlier selections. The updated lineup includes Chocolate-Hazelnut Cake, Vanilla Bean Cheesecake, Salted Caramel Pot de Crème, and Apple Tart.
The Apple Tart specifically takes the place of the former Seasonal Cobbler, giving guests a new way to finish off a meal at the restaurant.
Final Thoughts
The reopening of the Turf Club Bar & Grill gives guests at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa a refreshed place to dine, from the updated interior and patio seating to the new dishes across the menu. With the Lounge already back in August and the Bar & Grill now open following its ribbon-cutting, both spaces are once again ready to welcome visitors. If you have a stay or a meal planned at the resort, it is worth setting aside time to see the changes for yourself.
