A new kind of entertainment venue is about to open its doors at Disney Springs. Level99, an interactive gaming destination built around fast-paced physical and mental challenges, celebrated its arrival with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and is now ready to welcome the public. Here is what guests can expect when the venue opens and how it fits into the Disney Springs lineup.

When Level99 Opens

Level99 held its ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 26, 2026, marking its official arrival at Walt Disney World. The venue opens to the public on Monday, June 29, 2026.

For opening day, the first 500 guests through the doors on June 29 will receive a commemorative Level99 pin. If you want to be among them, plan to arrive early.

Where to Find It

Level99 sits on the West Side of Disney Springs, placing it within an area already known for live entertainment and dining. You will find it next to Drawn to Life presented by Cirque du Soleil and directly across from House of Blues.

That location puts the venue in good company, making it easy to pair a visit with a show, a meal, or a stroll through the rest of the West Side.

A Look Inside the Largest Location Yet

The Disney Springs venue spans more than 46,000 square feet, which makes it the largest Level99 location to date. Inside, guests will find 63 interactive challenge rooms and games, the most of any Level99 venue so far.

The challenges mix physical activity with puzzles, strategy, teamwork, and quick thinking. Most games last just a few minutes and are built for groups of two to six players, so the format works well for friends and families who want to take on each room together.

Beyond the games, the space holds more than 40 original works of art displayed across its two levels. The artwork adds to the atmosphere as you move between challenges and explore the venue.

Food, Drinks, and a Two-Story Bar

When you need a break from the games, the venue has a centerpiece two-story bar to gather around. The bar serves handcrafted cocktails and local beers, along with a menu of made-from-scratch dishes.

Food options include Detroit-style pizza and wagyu burgers, plus other shareable plates. That mix positions Level99 as a place to eat and relax, not only a place to play.

How Tickets and Pricing Work

Admission starts at $29.99 per player. Guests can choose between a 90-minute session or a longer 2.5-hour session, depending on how much time they want to spend working through the challenges.

A Premium Pass is also available for those who want a few extras, including expedited check-in and exclusive gifts. The range of options gives groups some flexibility based on their schedule and budget.

The People and Story Behind Level99

Level99 was founded by Matt DuPlessie, who is often credited as a pioneer of the modern escape room. He launched the concept in 2021 and later partnered with Ron Shaich, the founder of Panera Bread and current chairman of CAVA, to grow the brand across the country.

The Disney Springs venue becomes Level99’s fourth location, joining existing spots in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Virginia. Four more locations are currently under construction elsewhere in the country, which points to steady expansion for the company.

Conclusion

With 63 interactive challenges, a two-story bar, and a full menu of food and drinks, Level99 adds a fresh entertainment option to the Disney Springs West Side. The June 29 opening gives guests a new way to spend an afternoon or evening, whether they are competing through games or simply grabbing a bite. If you plan to visit during opening week, keep the early-arrival pin offer in mind and decide which session length suits your group best.
