Doing Disney World on a budget is a common mindset for guests to have, and there are many ways in which you can save money and be resourceful during your vacations. For many guests, food is part of the park experience at Disney. There are several must-do Disney snacks that guests love, and many guests enjoy sharing these snacks in order to save money. But what about the snacks that are worth splurging on? There are a few snacks that some might consider to be on the pricier side throughout the Disney parks. But sometimes good things are worth spending on! Here are a few snacks at Disney World that are definitely worth the splurge.
Amorette’s Patisserie Treats at Disney Springs
Located in Disney Springs, this specialty bakery has cakes like you’ve never seen before. Known for their famous Mickey and Minnie dome cakes, you can find these cakes onsite at Disney Springs, or you can special order one to be delivered to any Disney table-service restaurant or even your hotel. The price tag for one of these cakes might be a bit high for some guests, but the delicious flavor and richness is so worth splurging on! Amorette’s Patisserie even has a class available where guests can learn how to make their very own cake. Advance reservations are required for this experience.

Waffle with Chocolate-Hazelnut Spread, Bananas, Berries, and Whipped Cream at Magic Kingdom
Located at Sleepy Hollow in Liberty Square of Magic Kingdom, The Waffle with Chocolate-Hazelnut Spread (formerly known as the fresh fruit waffle) is a must-eat treat for many guests. This treat costs $9.79 but is totally worth it because of its fresh fruit, sweet hazelnut spread, and thick and fluffy waffle. This snack is sharable, but you might not want to!

All-American Sundae at Magic Kingdom
Located at Plaza Ice Cream Parlor on Main Street in Magic Kingdom, the All-American Sundae costs $8.29. It’s layered with vanilla and chocolate ice cream, hot fudge, peanut butter sauce, whipped cream, and of course a cherry on top. This classic treat is worth the splurge, both because of its taste and because of its nostalgia.

Caramel Popcorn at EPCOT
In the Germany pavilion at EPCOT’s World Showcase you’ll find Karamell-Kuche which is where you will find the caramel popcorn of your dreams. You might be hesitant to spend 8 dollars on popcorn, but don’t worry. This caramel is handmade and poured over freshly popped corn. It’s unlike any other caramel popcorn you have had before. The best part about this snack is that it’s not only sharable, but it’s easy to pack up and take back home with you.
