Among the many options in San Fransokyo Square, there is a unique and vibrant spot called Rita’s Turbine Blenders. The highlight of this eatery, however, is not just the mouth-watering beverages but also its quirky decor, which features an enormous, repurposed water tower, fashioned into a giant drink dispenser powered by wind turbines from high in the sky. The wind turbine motif is a nod to technology seen in the movie Big Hero 6, and adds a whimsical touch to the overall ambiance.
Rita’s Baja Blenders specializes in serving cool, refreshing margaritas that are perfect for those hot California days. The menu includes both classic lemon-lime margaritas and strawberry margaritas, blended to icy perfection and topped with a peach gummy ring or a strawberry cream-covered cocoa biscuit stick. For the non-alcoholic crowd, they offer a tasty slushies in cherry, strawberry, blue raspberry, and lemon-lime.
There is also currently one snack on offer, which is the Garlic and Pinwheel Chips Mix. This location also does offer a mobile ordering option for those ready to continue their explorations of the theme park.
