Guests who are visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios can expect a day full of magical interactions, attractions, and entertainment. With so many attractions at Hollywood Studios, guests will not find themselves without anything to do. Typically, there are some attractions with a longer wait time than others. These attractions are popular, but they are popular for a reason! Whether you are visiting with Lightning Lane Multi-Pass or are choosing to wait in the standby queue, you will find attractions with varying wait times throughout the day. It’s always nice to have the option of hitting up a less busy attraction during the day, but there are some popular attractions at Hollywood Studios that are worth waiting for.
Slinky Dog Dash
For guests 38 inches or taller, Slinky Dog Dash is a family roller coaster experience they will never forget. This attraction is located in Toy Story Land and features a giant slinky dog ride vehicle. Guests are launched through a track that take them high above Andy’s backyard. An on-ride photo is captured for the memories to take home with you. Guests can either wait in the standby queue or use Lightning Lane for this experience.


Rise Of The Resistance
Located in Galaxy’s Edge, Rise of the Resistance is a unique attraction unlike anything you’ve ever experienced before. This attraction begins the moment you step into the queue with interactive experiences as you wait and intricate settings that mimic real environments. Guests can be delightfully intimidated by the First Order as they make their way through a room full of Storm Troopers. The ride itself is a hybrid of a thrill ride and a classic Disney dark ride. Audio-animatronics of Star Wars villains are featured as well as a life-sized model of an AT-AT fighter. This attraction is for guests 40 inches or taller.


Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway
This attraction is one of Hollywood Studios’ newest additions. Located in the Chinese Theater, Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway is a family attraction that cannot be missed. Guests of all ages and heights can experience this wacky adventure as Mickey, Minnie, and their pals attempt a picnic in the park. Guests can experience some of the Disney Imagineers most creative work during this attraction destined to become a Disney classic.


The Twilight Zone: Tower of Terror
This thrilling attraction is located in Sunset Boulevard and provides a wonderfully frightening experience for guests 40 inches or taller. Enter your own episode of The Twilight Zone and experience the terror of being in an elevator dropping several stories! This ride experience is randomized, so guests never know how many times they will drop or how. Tower of Terror is more than just a drop-tower ride as this attraction truly tells a story and immerses its guests in the experience.
