Guests staying at Island Tower, the newer Disney Vacation Club building, are directed to keep left. That path leads up Floridian Way toward Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.
What Island Tower Guests Should Know
If Island Tower is your destination, the new route brings a couple of conveniences worth noting. You will park just outside the building rather than at the main Polynesian lot.
Check-in has also moved to match. Island Tower guests check in directly at Island Tower, which keeps parking and arrival in one place. Knowing this ahead of time can save a little confusion when you pull up.
Why the Changes Are Happening
These updates are tied to continued construction in the area. The main driver is a new roundabout being installed at the intersection of Seven Seas Drive and Floridian Way.
