Frontierland is getting a few new reasons to stop and eat. Starting July 21, 2026, two quick-service spots in Magic Kingdom are rolling out three fresh menu items that mix sweet and savory in some interesting ways. If you are mapping out where to grab a bite on your next visit, here is what to expect and where to find it.
Hot Honey Chicken Strips
Golden Oak Outpost is leading the group with Hot Honey Chicken Strips. The strips arrive on a base of sweet potato waffle fries, which brings a natural sweetness to the plate before anything else is added. On top, you will find marshmallow and candied pecans, giving the dish a mix of textures alongside the heat from the hot honey.
Golden Oak Outpost sits along the walkway between Adventureland and Frontierland, just steps from Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe. That location makes it an easy stop if you are already moving through this part of the park.
Barbecue Bacon Cheeseburger
Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe is adding a Barbecue Bacon Cheeseburger to its lineup. The sandwich starts with an Angus beef patty and American cheese, then builds from there with house-made bacon jam and barbecue sauce. French fries come on the side.
The bacon jam and barbecue sauce give this burger a richer, more savory profile than the standard cheeseburger already on the menu. It is a solid pick if you are after something filling to power through the rest of your day.
Churro Loops
Rounding out the trio, Pecos Bill is also introducing Churro Loops. These churros come in a ring shape rather than the usual straight stick, and they are tossed in cinnamon sugar. A side of house-made chocolate sauce is included for dipping.
The circular form sets these apart from the other churros you will find around Magic Kingdom, and the chocolate sauce adds a familiar pairing that works well with the cinnamon sugar coating.
How to Order
Both Golden Oak Outpost and Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe support mobile ordering through the My Disney Experience app as well as in-person ordering at the counter. Mobile order is a practical way to skip some of the wait, especially during busier meal times, so it may be worth placing your order ahead if you know what you want.
These three additions give Frontierland a bit more variety across breakfast-style bites, a hearty burger, and a shareable dessert. If you are planning a Magic Kingdom day on or after July 21, they are easy to work into your route through the area. Keep them in mind next time you find yourself walking through Frontierland with an appetite.
