Checking the Schedule

Unlike Disney parks, Aulani’s character schedule is finalized daily. Here’s how to stay updated:

  • Character Hotline: Dial “CHIP” (2447) from your room phone for a recorded schedule. Updated daily at 9:00 AM, but your best bet it to wait 5-10 minutes after 9 AM to be sure you’re getting today’s schedule.
  • Daily ‘Iwa: Aulani’s activity schedule, available on the Aulani app, at the front desk, or on the digital billboard in the lobby.
  • Ask Cast Members: Photopass photographers and other staff often have the latest information.
