Character Breakfast at Wind & Waves Grill
Disney’s Vero Beach Resort is home to a sit-down restaurant called Wind & Waves Grill. This restaurant serves seaside favorites like Fish & Chips, Salmon, and Shrimp and Grits for dinner. But on Saturday mornings guests can dine in for a character breakfast with Goofy and Pluto. From 8am to noon on Saturdays, guests can take photos with and meet these Disney pals while they dine on a pastry boat filled with delicious goodies, and enjoy entrees like Bananas Foster French Toast, Blueberry Pancakes, and more. If you won’t be at the resort on a Saturday morning you can still enjoy a delicious breakfast without characters. Wind & Waves Grill is also open for dinner every day.

Beachside Picnic from Wind & Waves Market
Relaxing at the beach is first on the itinerary of many guests when they arrive at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. Occasionally, Disney will offer beachside service for drinks and meals as guests are relaxing by the water. Even if beachside service is not currently being offered, the close proximity of the beach to Wind & Waves Market makes it easy to grab items for a beachside picnic. Nothing says beach vacation than picnicking at the beach!

Relax at the Pool
Disney’s Vero Beach Resort is home to an incredible heated pool that is complete with a twisting waterslide. This pool is large enough for guests to really swim around with varying depths for swimmers of all kinds. A kids water play area is located nearby with a small slide and splash pool and themed after a fallen boat. Even the smallest swimmers can enjoy their downtime at Vero Beach.

Community Hall Activities
Like many DVC resorts, Disney’s Vero Beach is home to a Community Hall where guests can participate in crafts and other activities. Guests can check the schedule for the week of their visit upon check in and sign up for any activities that might require an additional cost or registration.
