Disney vacations are often packed full of fun thanks to there being so much to do! Many guests like to park hop, and when you add the park hopping option onto your ticket you have the ability to do just that! Park hopping is a great way to add even more fun to your day, and for shorter trips it allows guests to see more of what Disney World has to offer. However, park hopping can become quite tiring! With so much walking, traveling, and things to do and see, guests can easily lose energy and become exhausted. If you are planning to park hop during your next trip to Disney then here are a few tips on how to stay energized.
Start With The Busiest Park
Most people will begin their day with the most energy and then slowly lose it as the day goes on. Because of this, we would recommend starting with the park that will end up being the busiest for you. Whichever park that contains more on your to-do list is the best park to start with, that way you can take the rest of the day to leisurely stroll and relax. Try and choose one park that you have a busy itinerary for, and then another which doesn’t contain as many must-do’s. By starting busy, and ending slow, you can avoid losing energy late in the day.

Use Minnie Vans For Transportation
Sometimes the most tiring part of park hopping is getting from place to place. Free Disney transportation like the buses, Skyliner, and monorail are great options for guests and they can be quick and easy to use. However, sometimes guests might find themselves waiting a bit which can be tiring when you’re in the heat and have been walking all day. Minnie Vans are a paid service, but they are a private method of transportation that takes you directly from point A to point B. By opting to use this service you can travel from park to park faster, and without waiting.

Have a Meal Break For Lunch Or Dinner
Taking a break to enjoy a sit-down lunch or dinner is a great way to preserve energy for your day. When you park hop, choose which park will be the home of the meal break and make dining reservations accordingly. An hour-long meal can do wonders to reset your energy.

Don’t Hop to More Than One Park
While you definitely can hop to more than one park per day, it is generally not the best way to preserve your energy. Many guests like to participate in the 4 parks in one day challenge, but this can truly be exhausting. In order to maintain your energy levels you should try and limit park hopping to one park or two at most.
