Vacations to Disney World can mean managing your time effectively. Guests only have so much time to enjoy the parks, experience the attractions, and try all of the food and drinks on their list. Mornings at Disney are an essential time for many guests. Arriving to the parks in the early morning is a great tactic that many guests use in order to make the most of their day. But sometimes, time goes by far too quickly and you find yourself scrambling to make the most of your day. Here are a few tips and tricks on how to maximize your mornings at Disney World so you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest.
Breakfast To-Go, or a Breakfast Experience
One important decision to make in order to truly maximize your mornings at Disney World is breakfast. As a guest, you have two options: make breakfast part of your experience or have a quick breakfast or breakfast to-go. My family tends to choose breakfast t0-go, sometimes even just grabbing a protein shake or a protein bar instead of a meal. However, there can be a benefit in making breakfast part of the experience. For example, some restaurants like Cinderella’s Royal Table book reservations before the park even opens, allowing guests to enter the park early and be finished with their meal shortly after the park opens. Guests can also use this time to meet characters with character breakfasts. In doing so, you can use breakfast as an extension of your Disney day.

Rope Drop Important Attractions
By arriving to the parks as soon as they open, or even 30 minutes prior to opening if you are staying at a DVC resort, you can rope drop attractions that are important to you. Many guests use this opportunity to get in line for attractions that have a longer wait later in the day. Attractions like The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Space Mountain are great options to head towards first thing in the morning. Guests with small children might choose to head toward Fantasyland where they can experience several attractions back-to-back before the parks start to fill up with more guests.

Take Photos First
Getting family photos out of the way first can be a great way to maximize not only your morning but the rest of the day. If you take family photos before the parks get too crowded then you can take less time finding good photo spots later on. You can also enjoy the rest of your day knowing that you already have at least one family photo.

Take Your Time and Enjoy
Another way to maximize your morning at Disney World is just take it slow and enjoy the atmosphere. You don’t have to be on the go in order to fully enjoy your morning. Rather than hopping from attraction to attraction, you could simply grab a coffee and watch the crowds go by.
