Exclusive One-Day Only Drink Coming to EPCOT On September 21st

Cosmic Rewind

Do you remember the 21st night of September?

If you know that line, you probably already know where this is going. Disney is giving Guests an extra reason to celebrate September 21st at EPCOT this year with a special, one-day-only drink, and there’s no better place to enjoy it than near one of the most popular attractions in the park.

A Special Drink for September 21st

For one day only, on September 21, 2026, Disney will offer a special drink to celebrate the date – Supernova Sip: Spicy Hot Honey Syrup, Lemon Juice, Edible Glitter topped with Orange Cotton Candy. If you please, you can also get an alcoholic version with Maker’s Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon added in. The limited-time offering is a fun way to commemorate a date that has become particularly significant to Disney fans thanks to one very catchy song: “September” by Earth, Wind & Fire.

Get “September” on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind

If you’re visiting EPCOT on September 21st, you’ll want to make your way to Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.

Normally, Guests don’t know which song they’ll get when they board the attraction. There are six possible songs that can play during the ride:

  • “September” by Earth, Wind & Fire
  • “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” by Tears for Fears
  • “Conga” by Gloria Estefan
  • “Disco Inferno” by The Trammps
  • “I Ran (So Far Away)” by A Flock of Seagulls
  • “One Way or Another” by Blondie

“September” is arguably the most coveted song on the list, and Disney has turned September 21st into the perfect excuse to guarantee that Guests get it. On this one special day, “September” will play throughout the day on Cosmic Rewind, meaning you won’t have to leave your song choice up to chance.

The connection is, of course, the song’s iconic opening lyrics: “Do you remember the 21st night of September?” The annual tradition began in 2023 and has continued in the years since, giving Disney fans an unofficial holiday worth planning a park day around.

Don’t Skip the Food & Wine Festival

While you’re in EPCOT, September 21st is also a great time to explore the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, which runs from August 27 through November 21, 2026.

And if you’re already making your way toward Cosmic Rewind, stop by the Gyozas of the Galaxy marketplace at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival for a bite to eat. The location makes it especially easy to combine two of the day’s highlights: grab something to eat, enjoy your special September drink, and then head over to Cosmic Rewind for a ride accompanied by “September.”

Why September 21st Is Worth a Visit

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind opened at EPCOT in May 2022 and quickly became a fan-favorite attraction, thanks in part to its combination of a high-speed coaster, rotating ride vehicles, and music-driven experience. But September 21st gives the attraction a little extra magic. Instead of wondering which song you’ll get, you’ll know exactly what is waiting for you: Earth, Wind & Fire’s “September.”

So if you happen to be at EPCOT on September 21st, take advantage of the celebration. Grab the limited-time drink, explore the Food & Wine Festival, stop by Gyozas of the Galaxy, and—most importantly—remember to ride Cosmic Rewind. Because if there’s ever a day to get “September,” this is it.
