Epcot’s 2022 Eggstravaganza: Where To Find Each Egg

It is almost Easter time and that means that the 2022 Eggstravaganza in Epcot is well underway! We had the pleasure of going out to find every egg that was hidden this year. Some are fairly obvious and easy to spot while others (looking at you Scrooge McDuck) are incredibly tricky to find. If you need a little help on your egg hunt this year in Epcot’s 2022 Eggstravaganza, have no fear, DVC Shop is here! Below is a list of where to find each egg throughout the park.

How To Participate

To participate in the Eggstravaganza all you need to do is go to one of the participating merchandise locations to buy an egg map. The map costs $9.99 but you are able to use discounts on it as well.

It will have all twelve egg stickers and empty places in each World Showcase pavilion. The stickers will look like this:

Egg Locations

The following headings will include the exact locations of every egg that is hidden in Epcot for 2022. If you do not want spoilers, read no further! However, if you are stuck on any and need some help, let’s keep going!

We will also be rating how difficult the eggs were to find in their places on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being the easiest and 5 being the hardest.

Donald Duck – Mexico Pavilion

You can find the Donald Duck egg in the Mexico Pavilion, directly across the aisle from where Donald Duck greets guests. Look for him on the balcony of La Hacienda de San Angel.

Overall he is a pretty easy one to spot so we’ll give this one a 2 out of 5 for difficulty.

Dale – Norway Pavilion

The Dale egg is located in the Norway Pavilion on one of the rooftops. The Norway Pavilion is split into two areas. The first area is where the Elsa and Anna character meet and greets take place, and the second is where guests get in line for Frozen Ever After.

To find the Dale egg look on the roof of Kringla Bakery Og Kafe, in the first section of Norway. He is hiding amongst the flowers and moss there.

The Dale egg was a pretty quick find, similar in difficulty to Donald. We give it a 2 out of 5 as well.

Chip – China Pavilion

To find the Chip egg you will need to look low in the China Pavilion. When you enter the Pavilion from under the golden archways you will turn left at the first walkway. You will find Chip next to the year of the Rabbit statue.

Note: Chip has also been spotted next to the area where Mulan has her meet and greet. Whether this is a permanent move or just Disney trying out new placements is unclear, so be sure to check both places just in case.

Chip was a little more difficult to find than the first two eggs and he seems to sometimes move around. Due to that fact we are giving his hiding place a 3 out of 5.

Pluto – Germany Pavilion

The Pluto egg can be found in the Germany Pavilion on the balcony of Das Kaufhaus department store. You can be seen hanging out loyally with the armored guards there.

Pluto was easy to see as you walk into Germany so we give this hiding spot a 1 out of 5.

Mickey Mouse – Italy Pavilion

The Mickey Mouse egg is enjoying a regal view in the Italy Pavilion from atop the Tutto Italia Restaurante and Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar.

Mickey is another easy one to see but you do need to walk deeper into the pavilion to find him, so we’ll give him a 2 out of 5.

Minnie Mouse – America Pavilion

The Minnie Mouse can be found in the America Pavilion right next to the outdoor menu for Regal Eagle Barbecue.

You won’t need to go too deep into the pavilion to find Minnie’s egg but she is pretty well hidden and easy to pass in the grass. We will give this hiding spot a 4 out of 5.

Figment – Japan Pavilion

Everyone’s favorite purple dragon Figment can be found in the Japan Pavilion. You’ll be able to spot him relaxing at the koi fish pond.

The koi fish pond in the Japan Pavilion is a common stop for guests visiting Epcot and Figment is not being shy. We gave this hiding spot a 1 out of 5 for difficulty.

Thumper – Morocco Pavilion

Possibly the most adorable egg (just one opinion), Thumper can be found in the Morocco Pavilion. Thumper is hidden in the flowers right outside of the entrance to the Morocco Pavilion if you are walking in from Japan. If you pass Oasis Sweets & Sips you have gone too far.

Thumper was one of the trickier eggs to find this year. This is mostly due to the fact that he is hidden just outside of Morocco and not inside of the pavilion itself. We did a couple of laps around Morocco before he was finally spotted. We give Thumper a 4 out of 5 for difficulty.

Daisy Duck – France Pavilion

Daisy Duck, possibly the most fashionable character of the bunch, is no where else other than the France Pavilion. Her egg is located across from the Ratatouille topiary.

Daisy was pretty easy to spot when you are walking to the newest extension of the France Pavilion so we give her hiding spot a 1 out of 5.

White Rabbit – United Kingdom Pavilion

The White Rabbit can be tricky to catch as any Alice in Wonderland fan knows, but we found the White Rabbit enjoying some garden views in the United Kingdom Pavilion.

The back of the United Kingdom Pavilion houses a maze bordered with a fence. These fences have high stone pillars and one of them is where the White Rabbit is perching.

The White Rabbit was a tad tricky to locate since you have to journey all the way to the back of the pavilion. This is why we gave this egg’s location a difficulty of 3 out of 5.

Scrooge McDuck – World Showplace

Scrooge McDuck is hidden at the entrance of the World Showplace off to the left when looking at the door.

Oh Scrooge McDuck. The newest addition to the Eggstravaganza was hidden extremely well and caused many guests quite a few issues. Since the World Showplace building is closed for the festival many did not think to look near the door. Sad to say that it took us just as long to find Scrooge as it did to find every other egg in the park. His hiding spot was a 5 out of 5.

Goofy – Canada Pavilion

Goofy is the final egg in the dozen and is located in the gardens of the Canada Pavilion.

Goofy blends into the flowers a little bit but overall was not too hard to find. We give this egg a 2 out of 5.

Happy Hunting!

We hope that this list of all the egg locations for the 2022 Eggstravaganza was helpful! Remember that you do not have to find all the eggs, or even any of them at all to get your grand prize, however it is a ton of fun. Stay tune to the DVC Shop blog for all the latest developments at Disney Theme Parks and DVC resorts.
