EPCOT In The Morning: How To Make The Most Of It

EPCOT

One way to make the most of your day at the Disney parks is by getting up early! Early risers gain many benefits during Disney days including lower crowds, less heat, and more time to explore the parks and enjoy attractions. In general, getting up early to enjoy your day at Disney is highly recommended for all guests. But how can you make the most of your morning at the parks? Should you eat breakfast, or skip it? There are several ways to go about your morning during your Disney vacation. Here is how you can make the most of your morning at EPCOT.

Arrive for Early Park Entry

If you are staying at a Disney Resort, whether it be a value, moderate, deluxe, or DVC resort, you are eligible to take advantage of early park entry during your vacation. Thirty minutes prior to the park opening you can arrive and enter the park and experience select experiences and attractions before the park opens to the rest of the public. This is a great way to get a bit of a head start on enjoying the park in the mornings. Thirty minutes can make a huge difference in lines, crowds, and walking through the park.

Breakfast Options

There are many options for guests at EPCOT in need of a good breakfast. Whether you desire a sit-down breakfast or a quick-service meal, you certainly won’t go hungry in the mornings. Popular sit-down breakfast meals at EPCOT include Garden Grill with Chip, Dale, Mickey, and Pluto, as well as Akershus featuring the Disney princesses. For those wanting something a bit quicker, options like Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe, and Sunshine Seasons are available. Of course, another option for guests who are really on the go is to grab something from your resort room or simply pack protein bars.
