EPCOT Attractions To Experience In-Between Major Attractions

When planning a visit to the Disney parks, you probably have an idea in mind of all of the major attractions available to you. Each Disney park has its popular attractions; the big ones that everyone wants to ride. These attractions typically have a longer wait time, and guests often choose to rope drop these if they can or purchase Lightning Lane reservations. But what about attractions to experience in-between major attractions? There are plenty of attractions to experience when you aren’t waiting in line for a major attraction or while you’re waiting for your Lightning Lane Reservation. Here are some of our favorite attractions to experience in-between major rides at EPCOT.

Journey Into Imagination with Figment

This attraction is located in World Celebration and is the perfect place to head towards when you are in-between attractions. This ride is fun, short, and typically has little to no wait-time associated with it. Journey Into Imagination with Figment stars EPCOT’s mascot and lovable purple dragon: Figment. Figment takes over your tour of the Imagination Institute and teaches you how to unlock the full potential of your imagination.

Journey of Water Inspired by Moana

This walkthrough attraction located in World Nature is a great place to be when you’re trying to kill time. Journey of Water Inspired by Moana is an attraction that guests walk through at their own pace. This attraction educates guests about the water cycle while they play with water features and see the potential that water has. Guests can either stay dry or get a little wet during this attraction, and they can either take their time with it or go at a fast pace.

Sea Base Aquarium

Did you know that EPCOT is home to a massive saltwater aquarium called Sea Base? This attraction is located at the exit of The Seas with Nemo and Friends, but guests don’t need to ride the ride in order to explore the aquarium. You can pop in and out as you please, and take your time exploring all of the exhibits and seeing what Sea Base is all about.

Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along

Located in the France pavilion of World Showcase, the Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along is an underrated attraction that is perfect for your time in-between. This 15-minute film plays in a theater in which guests are invited to sing along and enjoy the experience together.

Disney’s DuckTales World Showcase Adventure

This interactive experience takes place throughout World Showcase and can be played on the Play Disney mobile app. This self-guided adventure can be experienced by guests of all ages and abilities. Guests go on a journey to find the 7 lost treasures, and interactive statues and other fun experiences await throughout World Showcase.
