EPCOT Attractions That Feel Like A Break

American Adventure

A day at Disney World can easily become tiring. Walking long distances, the Florida sun, and getting up early can all take a toll on the body. Guests visiting the Disney parks might find themselves looking for places to sit and rest, and taking every opportunity available to them in order to do so. But taking a break at Disney World doesn’t have to mean pausing the fun. There are several attractions that guests can utilize for a break while still keeping the magic going. Here are a few of our favorite attractions at EPCOT that feel like a break.

Spaceship Earth

If you need to sit down in a dark, air-conditioned space then Spaceship Earth will certainly feel like a break. This attraction is a slow-moving dark ride that takes you through the history of mankind. The attraction begins with cavemen and ends with the invention of the computer and the internet. This attraction tells a wonderful story without any thrilling movement or speed. Guests of all ages and abilities love this attraction.

Journey of Water Inspired by Moana

This attraction is also located in the World Nature section of the park and is right next to The Seas With Nemo and Friends. Journey of Water-Inspired by Moana is the perfect attraction to rest at.  This walkthrough attraction allows guests to go at their own pace, and guests can even get a bit wet if they wish to cool down.

Living With the Land

Located within The Land pavilion, this gentle boat ride can be easily overlooked. Guests board Living the Land and are taken through different environments and shown how we work with the land. They then travel through EPCOT’s working greenhouse and see new and innovative ways of growing food and experimenting with agriculture. This low-key attraction is a fan-favorite of many guests and is easy to overlook as first-timers. But it’s very much worth your time and will leave you wanting to revisit it next time.
