EPCOT Attractions That Are Often Overlooked

When you plan a vacation to Disney World it is always a good idea to come up with some form of an itinerary for your day. Looking ahead at which attractions are important for you to experience is a great method to plan your day at the parks. EPCOT is home to many attractions, some of which are extremely popular. Many attractions are at the top of many visitors’ lists. But what about the attractions that are often overlooked? You can have a wonderful Disney vacation and wait in shorter lines when you go for these less popular attractions at EPCOT.

Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros

Many guests don’t even realize this attraction exists! Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros is located within the Mexico pavilion at World Showcase. Once you enter the Maya-inspired pyramid you enter a Mexican street market area with Gran Fiesta Tour on your left. This gentle boat ride explores Mexico as the other members of The Three Caballeros search for Donald. This ride is calm, fun, and perfect for guests of any age.

Living With the Land

Located within The Land pavilion, this gentle boat ride can be easily overlooked. Guests board Living the Land and are taken through different environments and shown how we work with the land. They then travel through EPCOT’s working greenhouse and see new and innovative ways of growing food and experimenting with agriculture. This low-key attraction is a fan-favorite of many guests and is easy to overlook as first-timers. But it’s very much worth your time and will leave you wanting to revisit it next time.

Mission: Space

This attraction is unique because of its two different ride modes. Guests of Mission: Space can choose either a high-intensity or lower-intensity version of the same attraction. Green Mission is a motion-simulator ride, whereas Orange Mission exposes you to high amounts of G-force and spins. Both versions of the attraction feature an exciting launch and travel to Mars.

The American Adventure

Located in the America pavilion of World Showcase, The American Adventure is an animatronic stage show that has been in operation since EPCOT’s early days. This show tells the story of America and what makes us great and also explores our struggles as a young nation as well. This show will leave you feeling inspired, relaxed, and you might even learn something new.
