Disney’s Most Scenic Walks For Morning Or Evening Strolls



All of Disney property perfectly manicured, maintained, and themed to perfection. Whether you are at a Disney resort, park, waterpark, or Disney Springs, you will find beauty in the scenery that surrounds you. Exercise is important for many guests, and so are mental health walks. Walking through Disney World is an experience in itself, and many guests enjoy simply strolling through property. If you are the kind of person who enjoys scenic walks, then check out some of these areas for Disney’s most scenic walks for morning or evening strolls.

Disney’s Saratoga Springs Walking Path

If you want a scenic walking path with a great destination to end up at then definitely check out the walking at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort. Not only can you walk around resort grounds and see the beautiful scenery throughout, but you can also walk through the golf course all the way Disney Springs. Depending on where you are in the resort the walk to Disney Springs can take anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes. Guests of Saratoga Springs love walking over to Disney Springs in the morning for coffee or walking over in the evening for drinks or dinner.

Disney’s Riviera Resort Walking Path

Disney’s Riviera Resort is a DVC resort that takes the sophistication and elegance of the European riviera and brings it to Disney. This resort features a 1.4 mile long walking or jogging path that wraps around Barefoot Bay. Guests will enjoy taking in the views of the lake as well as the neighboring Caribbean Beach Resort. After your walk, you can enjoy a coffee at Le Petit Cafe, or a cocktail if it’s during the evening hours.

Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground

If you want a truly scenic route to walk that makes you feel like you’re in nature, then head over to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. Here you can walk a few miles around forested paths and catch glimpses of the Florida wildlife and wilderness. This 3.1 mile loop goes all through the campgrounds and forested areas of the resort. Guests can enjoy peace, quiet, and staying grounded during their busy vacation.

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort Walking Path

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort is home to another walking path that surrounds Bay Lake. This walking path takes you through to the resort’s wedding pavilion and other scenic locations. Guests can continue walking and make their way to Disney’s Polynesian Resort. This path gives you great views of Bay Lake and several sandy lakeside beaches.

Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside and French Quarter

These resorts are moderate resorts that have great walking opportunities. These resorts are located next to each other, and guests can walk from one to the other and experience both locations. Riverside is home to tranquil walking spaces in a natural setting, while French Quarter is more lively featuring streets designed after New Orleans itself.
