Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lunch Spots You’ll Love



There is so much to look forward to during your days at the Disney parks. When you visit Disney World you can expect a world full of rides, shows, entertainment, and food. Dining is an important aspect of any Disney vacation. Not only does food provide important fuel for your busy day at the parks, but Disney restaurants also give you even more magical theming. Disney’s Animal Kingdom has quick-service and table-service dining locations that have something everyone will enjoy. If you have an upcoming day at Animal Kingdom planned, then be sure to check out these Animal Kingdom lunch spots that you’ll love.

Flame Tree Barbecue

Located in the Discovery Island section of the park, Flame Tree Barbecue is a quick-service restaurant with a wonderful view of Expedition Everest. This restaurant is famous for their barbecue, and they serve up favorites like ribs, chicken, pulled pork, smoked pork, and even baked macaroni and cheese. This restaurant is a fan-favorite of many guests. It only has outdoor seating, but the tables are covered with overhead fans. The view can not be matched! Guests get an excellent waterside view of the Expedition Everest attraction in the distance.

Harambe Market

If you want something casual with food for the whole family to enjoy then head over to the Africa section of the park and check out Harambe Market. This quick-service restaurant has open-air seating, and a menu that is friendly for both picky eaters and more adventurous ones. Harambe Market serves cheeseburgers, chicken strips, the Savanna Salad containing Mixed Greens, Lentils, Carrots, Couscous, Kachumbari, Toasted Almonds, and Citrus-Harissa Dressing, and the Harissa Chicken Wrap featuring Chilled Tandoori Rotisserie Chicken with Harissa Mayonnaise wrapped in a Flour Tortilla and served with French Fries.

Pizzafari

If you have picky eaters in your family, then Pizzafari is the best way to feed your entire crew easily. Located in Discovery Island, Pizzafari serves pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza, Caesar salads, creamy pesto pasta with chicken, and chicken sandwiches. This restaurant is great for those who have little ones, picky eaters, or for those who want something quick and simple for their family to enjoy.

Satu’li Canteen

If you’re looking for something more adventurous and unique then you can give Satu’li Canteen a try. Located in Pandora, this restaurant is a quick-service restaurant that brings the world of the avatar to you. Satu’li Canteen has unique entrees like the Ocean Moon Bowl, containing Blue Noodles, Tuna, Watermelon Radish, Pickled Daikon, Rainbow Carrots, Avocado, Cucumbers, and Red Cabbage with Miso and Sweet Soy Drizzle topped with Micro Cilantro. Guests can also love the Cheeseburger Steamed Pods which are bao buns filled with beef and other fixings making it taste exactly like a cheeseburger.
