Disneyland Has Brought Back Character Dining

Plaza Inn Sign Close Up - Disneyland

Get ready to celebrate, Disneyland has brought back character dining! Two popular restaurants are now going to be offering character dining breakfasts for the first time since the park’s April reopening.

Guests will be able to enjoy the Minnie and Friends Breakfast at the Plaza Inn, located at Disneyland Resort. Additionally, guests can make reservations for Mickey’s Tales of Adventure Breakfast at the Storyteller’s Cafe at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

Mickey’s Tales reopened for character dining on July 22, and reservations are available now. You will definitely want reservations to make sure you get your spot, as this is already becoming an incredible popular dining experience. Classic breakfast dishes such as Mickey waffles, pancakes, and pastries will be available from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Friday-Sunday.

Minnie and Friends Breakfast will be available to greet guests again on August 12. The menu and hours for this experience dining has not yet been released. However, Disney promises that reservations will be opening to guests soon.

Disneyland Resort has not released any other information regarding the other two character dining options, Disney Princess Breakfast and Goofy’s Kitchen, but hopefully more details on these two will be released soon.

The Disneyland Resort character dining will be buffet style and most likely the characters appearing at the breakfasts will be remaining socially distanced at this time.
