Determining a budget for your Disney vacation is a great way to divide your priorities and spend money towards what will make your trip magical for you. For many guests, food is less of a priority for spending whereas things like Lightning Lane, souvenirs, and other upgrades are more worth splurging on. But are there any dining experiences that are worth the splurge? Disney Springs is a massive shopping and entertainment center that is free to enter. There are several dining experiences throughout the center, with some being more of a splurge than others. If you are planning your budget for your 2026 vacation, then here are some Disney Springs dining experiences worth splurging on.

The Boathouse

Located at The Landing, this restaurant is one of the best reviewed in the country! The Boathouse is an upscale restaurant that is worth the splurge. Located near the water for picturesque views, The Boathouse serves seafood and land food for lunch and dinner. Guests can enjoy the raw bar where they can try oysters, crab, and poke tuna. Dockside classics like shrimp boil, grilled fish tacos, and lobster rolls are also available. Guests love the Boathouse and consider it a restaurant to visit again and again!

Morimoto Asia

Located in The Landing as well, Morimoto Asia is a fine dining experience featuring Pan-Asian cuisine. Chef Morimoto put together the menu himself for this establishment, and it has become a fan favorite of many guests. Serving lunch and dinner with appetizers like dumplings, edamame, egg rolls, and more, and entrees like sushi rolls, ramen, orange chicken, and more, this restaurant has something for everyone to enjoy.

T-Rex Cafe

T-Rex Cafe is located at Marketplace and is a fun experience for families or any dinosaur fan. T-Rex Cafe serves lunch and dinner and has menu items like burgers, sandwiches, and pasta dishes. The animatronic dinosaurs and prehistoric atmosphere make this an experience worth splurging on. Don’t forget to stop in the gift shop and the special T-Rex Cafe Build-A-Bear while you are here.

Wine Bar George

Also located in The Landing in Disney Springs is Wine Bar George. This casual wine bar and restaurant is a great place to hang out and grab a bite with friends or family. The wine menu is extensive and changes often, so guests will have to check in during their visit to see what is available. The entrees are large and typically serve two, so guests can grab some food for the table like Skirt Steak, Sea Bass, Chicken Breast, and appetizers like charcuterie plates. Wine Bar George also serves sweets like Key Lime Pie and Olive Oil Cake. This restaurant doesn’t accept the Disney Dining Plan, and reservations are highly recommended for this dining experience.
