Disney has recently announced that the Disney Junior character breakfast is returning to Hollywood & Vine, a popular character dining restaurant inside of Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It is no secret that one of the best ways to interact with characters in the parks right now is through the character dining at Disney’s variety of restaurant locations. Now we can add this fun breakfast option to that list.
The Disney Junior character breakfast will be available beginning March 22, 2021, but guests can make their reservations much sooner than that. Advanced dining reservations will be open starting February 26, 2021, and the earlier you make your reservations the better. Character dining reservations tend to be harder to acquire so if this dining experience is something that interests you or your little ones be sure to mark the date on your calendar.
Character experiences at Disney, including character dining, are currently modified. Characters cannot come up directly to the tables at this time, and they cannot sign autographs. However, that does not make the experience any less worth it. The characters put on an excellent show, and will still pose for photos with guests from an acceptable distance. The Cast Members portraying the characters know how to still make it a fun and enjoyable experience for those dining with them.
Guests can expect a variety of the most popular Disney Junior characters, but some of the highlights include Doc McStuffins, Fancy Nancy, Vampira, and Roadster Goofy. Being able to see and chat with Disney characters throughout the meal is an absolute joy, but it will cost a little more than a typical breakfast. Guests can expect to pay $42 per adult and $27 per child, however the fun is definitely worth it.
The characters are not the only highlight of this meal, the food is definitely worth it as well. The breakfast options for Hollywood & Vine will be a la carte style, instead of the typical buffet, and include some absolutely decadent choices. The current menu is listed below.
- Scrambled Eggs
- Pancakes and Pancake Stacks
- Toasted Open-faced Salmon Bagel
- Cereal (Fruit Loops, Cheerios, Rice Krispies, Corn Flakes)
- Mickey Waffles
- Oven-Roasted Potatoes
- Country Sausage
- Four Egg Scramble (Plant Based Option Available)
- Four Egg Cheese Omelet
- Plant Based Egg Frittata
- French Toast with Hazelnut Spread
- Plain Yogurt
- Fruit Cup
- Pastries (Caramel Monkey Bread, Mini Muffins, Croissants) with Jam or Honey Butter
This morning time character dining experience will be a welcome addition to Hollywood & Vine’s current lunch and dinner options. Not only are their breakfast options absolutely scrumptious, breakfast character dining is a bit cheaper than lunch or dinner. This can be a great way to save some money at Disney while dining in the parks. This is a great way to get multiple character dining experiences in, while not breaking the budget.
