Families with small children can especially appreciate the importance of having a good breakfast during their vacation. With many guests choosing to arrive at the parks early and spend the majority of their day there, kids and adults both will need energy to carry them through the day. Luckily, Disney has plenty of great options for breakfast for guests. Whether you choose to enjoy a sit-down meal, character breakfast, or just a quick grab-and-go, here are a few Disney breakfasts that you just can’t miss.

Cinderella’s Royal Table at Magic Kingdom

If you are looking for the ultimate Disney breakfast experience then look no further than Cinderella’s Royal Table at Magic Kingdom. This restaurant is located inside Cinderella Castle which is the most magical experience of all. This restaurant also starts taking reservations as early as 8am, which means you can enter the park early and finish breakfast by the time the park even opens to the public. Here you’ll dine with royalty with princesses like Cinderella, Snow White, or Aurora. Featuring a lovely menu full of fancy breakfast classics like eggs benedict, this experience is sure to be picture perfect!

Woody’s Lunch Box at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

If you’re in Hollywood Studios and need something fast yet scenic, Woody’s Lunch Box is a fun breakfast spot that’s perfect for you. Here you’ll find a yummy breakfast bowl consisting of potato barrels, gravy, eggs, and topped with green onions. You can also grab a nostalgic Lunch Box Tart if you like a breakfast that’s more on the sweet side. After you eat, you can explore Toy Story Land and its attractions.

Garden Grill at EPCOT

Another sit-down breakfast experience is at EPCOT. Garden Grill is a unique restaurant located in The Land pavilion. This restaurant slowly rotates giving guests glimpses into the Living With The Land attraction. Guests can meet characters like Mickey, Pluto, Chip, and Dale while they dine. A family-style breakfast feast is served consisting of pastries, waffles, bacon, steak, eggs, and potatoes.

Kusafiri Coffee Shop & Bakery at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Another quick option for those who like a quick breakfast is Kusafiri Coffee Shop & Bakery at Animal Kingdom. This quick-service restaurant sells eggs on croissants, breakfast totchos, and even overnight oats. Guests can also get a variety of pastries here as well as coffee, and even alcoholic breakfast juices and coffees.

Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe at EPCOT

This bakery in the Norway pavilion within EPCOT’s World Showcase is a great place to stop for a quick bite. Guests love the pastries here including the School Bread, Lefse, and giant Mickey cinnamon roll. Also popular is the Alcoholic Viking coffee.
