Bluey’s Wild World at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is changing how guests access the experience. The virtual queue ends after June 1, 2026, and a standby queue begins June 2, 2026.
What Is Changing on June 2
Starting June 2, 2026, guests will no longer need a virtual queue boarding group to visit Bluey’s Wild World. Instead, they will be able to use a traditional standby line.
This means guests can walk up and wait in line during operating hours, similar to many other experiences at Walt Disney World. Wait times may still vary based on demand, park crowds, and time of day.
When the Virtual Queue Ends

The final day for the Bluey’s Wild World virtual queue is June 1, 2026. Through that date, guests still need to use the My Disney Experience app to request a boarding group.
Guests visiting on June 2 or later should plan for standby access instead of checking the app for virtual queue availability.
How the Virtual Queue Works Through June 1
Through June 1, the virtual queue offered two daily distribution times:
- 7:00 AM
- 10:00 AM
For the 7:00 AM drop, guests with valid Disney’s Animal Kingdom admission could try to join from outside the park.
For the 10:00 AM drop, guests had to be inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom to join. Each guest could request access no more than once per day, based on availability.
Depending on ticket type and date, a theme park reservation may also have been required.
What the Virtual Queue Controlled

The virtual queue did more than manage entry to Bluey’s Wild World. It also controlled access to the Wildlife Express Train and the Conservation Station area connected to the experience.
While the virtual queue was active, guests without a boarding group could not access that full experience package. This included the train ride from Harambe Station to Rafiki’s Planet Watch, Conservation Station, and the Bluey’s Wild World offering.
With standby beginning June 2, guests should have a simpler way to reach the area without needing a boarding group first.
What Guests Should Expect With Standby

The move to standby makes planning more direct, but it does not mean there will be no wait. Bluey is a popular character, and demand may remain steady, especially in the morning or on busy park days.
Guests hoping to visit with less waiting may want to consider going earlier in the day, checking posted wait times, and avoiding peak afternoon periods when possible.
Conclusion
Bluey’s Wild World will end its virtual queue after June 1, 2026, and switch to standby access on June 2. For Disney’s Animal Kingdom guests, this should make visiting the Wildlife Express Train, Conservation Station, and Bluey’s Wild World easier to understand and plan around.
