Best Gluten-Free Foods At The 2026 EPCOT Food And Wine Festival

Food and wine

The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is back for its 30th anniversary, and Disney is celebrating three decades of delicious festival favorites. This year’s lineup includes several “legacy” items that have become staples over the years, making it an especially exciting year for returning guests — including those looking for gluten-free options.

For guests following a gluten-free diet, the festival offers more choices than you might expect. From cheesy Brazilian pão de queijo to a decadent filet mignon, here are some of the best gluten-free dishes to look for around World Showcase.

Greece – Griddled Cheese with Pistachios and Honey — $5.49

Located just past the Morocco Pavilion, the Greece booth is home to one of the festival’s most satisfying gluten-free bites: Griddled Cheese with Pistachios and Honey. The cheese is grilled until golden and slightly crisp on the outside, then topped with pistachios and honey for a combination of salty, sweet and nutty flavors. It’s a small but indulgent snack that is easy to share — although you may want to keep it all to yourself!

The Fry Basket – Adobo Yuca Fries – $5.79

If you’re craving something crispy, head to The Fry Basket for the Adobo Yuca Fries. Yuca, also known as cassava, has a wonderfully hearty texture that makes these fries a fun alternative to traditional French fries. Tossed with flavorful adobo seasoning, they’re an easy snack to grab while exploring the festival.

Canada – Filet Mignon with Mushrooms and Mashed Potatoes Featuring Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese — $10.49

One of the standout gluten-free entrées at this year’s festival is the Filet Mignon with Mushrooms and Mashed Potatoes featuring Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese at the Canada booth. Tender filet mignon is paired with creamy mashed potatoes and mushrooms, with the Boursin garlic and fine herbs cheese adding an extra layer of richness. Even better, this is one of the 30th anniversary legacy items, making it a particularly special choice for longtime Food & Wine Festival fans.

Brazil – Pão de Queijo — $5.19

The Brazil booth has been serving up one of the festival’s most beloved gluten-free snacks for years: pão de queijo. These Brazilian cheese breads are served hot, keeping the centers fluffy, chewy and wonderfully cheesy. The portion is generous enough to share, making this an excellent snack for a group — though they tend to disappear quickly! The Brazil booth is located near the American Adventure Pavilion. Pão de queijo first appeared at the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival in 1999, making it another perfect example of the festival’s legacy offerings this year.

Bramblewood Bites – Cast Iron-Seared River Trout — $7.29

For something a little lighter, stop at Bramblewood Bites for the Cast Iron-Seared River Trout. According to the Disney Parks website, the trout is served with vanilla-butternut squash purée, Brussels sprouts salad, candied pecans, spiced pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and maple dressing. That combination brings together sweet, savory, nutty and autumn-inspired flavors for a dish that feels right at home at the festival. Bramblewood Bites is located in the World Showcase area between the Canada and United Kingdom Pavilions.

While the Disney Parks app provides an allergy-friendly menu for many festival booths, menus and ingredients can change. Guests with food allergies should always inform a Cast Member of their allergy before ordering. Even when an item is listed as allergy-friendly, there is always a possibility of cross-contact during preparation.

With its mix of returning favorites and 30th anniversary legacy dishes, the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is a particularly fun year to explore the festival’s gluten-free offerings. Whether you’re looking for a quick cheesy snack or a more substantial entrée, there are plenty of options worth adding to your Food & Wine Festival tasting list.
