Best Character Meet And Greets At EPCOT

There is so much to see and do during a day at EPCOT. Between riding attractions, exploring World Showcase, and trying new foods, guests can easily fill an entire day at this Disney park. But EPCOT is also a great park for meeting some of your favorite Disney characters. There are several character meet and greets throughout EPCOT, giving guests plenty of opportunities to stop for a photo or an autograph. If meeting characters is on your list for your next Disney vacation, check out some of the best character meet and greets at EPCOT.

Mickey Mouse and Friends

You can’t take a trip to Disney World without seeing Mickey Mouse! Guests visiting EPCOT can meet Mickey and some of his friends at Mickey & Friends in CommuniCore Hall. This indoor meet and greet is a great place to stop during the middle of the day when you need a break from the Florida heat. Guests can meet Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Goofy here, making this an easy way to see several classic Disney characters in one location.

Anna and Elsa

Frozen fans won’t want to miss the opportunity to meet Anna and Elsa while exploring World Showcase. Guests can find the sisters at Royal Sommerhus in the Norway Pavilion, just a short walk away from Frozen Ever After. The Norway Pavilion makes the perfect place for a Frozen-themed afternoon at EPCOT. After meeting Anna and Elsa, guests can ride Frozen Ever After and explore the pavilion’s shops and other offerings.

Asha

EPCOT is also home to characters from some of Disney’s newer films. Guests can currently meet Asha from Wish near World Showcase Plaza. Asha appears at select times throughout the day, so guests who want to meet her should be sure to check the My Disney Experience app for the most up-to-date appearance times. This meet and greet is a fun opportunity for Wish fans to interact with Asha and grab a few photos during their day at EPCOT.

Winnie the Pooh

Guests exploring the United Kingdom Pavilion can take some time to visit a friend from the Hundred Acre Wood. Winnie the Pooh currently meets guests in the United Kingdom area of World Showcase at select times throughout the day. The World Showcase character meet and greets are especially fun because their locations often fit perfectly with the characters themselves. Be sure to keep an eye on appearance times so you can work this meet and greet into your journey around World Showcase.

Disney Princesses Around World Showcase

One of the best things about character hunting at EPCOT is the opportunity to see Disney Princesses throughout World Showcase. Character offerings can vary, but guests might find familiar faces as they make their way through the different country pavilions. Instead of spending a large portion of your park day in one character line, keep an eye on the My Disney Experience app for character locations and appearance times. You might be able to meet several favorite characters while you are already exploring World Showcase.
