Vacations to Disney World can mean early mornings, and long days. When visiting the Disney parks you can expect full days. Fueling up in the morning can be essential for some guests, especially those who are traveling with little ones who need to eat full meals to begin their day. Breakfast at the parks is plentiful, with several options from table-service to quick-service that will suit everyone’s needs. Early morning meals are key for a successful park day, and here are some of our favorite breakfast spots in the Disney parks for the early risers.

Cinderella’s Royal Table at Magic Kingdom

This table-service restaurant is more than just food; it’s an entire experience. Guests are invited to a royal breakfast with Cinderella and several of her princess friends. Featuring royal entrees like shrimp and grits, grilled steak and eggs, banana-stuffed French Toast, and more. Not only can you meet and greet princesses while you dine, but you also have the unique experience of eating inside Cinderella castle. This restaurant begins taking reservations as early as 8am, meaning you can finish your meal before the park even opens. Advance reservations are highly recommended.

The Friar’s Nook at Magic Kingdom

If you want something quick then check out The Friar’s Nook inside Magic Kingdom’s Fantasyland. This quick-service restaurant opens with the park and serves a Sausage, Egg, and Cheddar Bagel Sandwich, as well as more savory items like the Cheddar, Bacon, and Ranch Tots. The Caramel Apple Doughnuts are another very popular item served here.

Garden Grill at EPCOT

Another table-service breakfast spot is at EPCOT. Garden Grill is a character breakfast experience with Chip, Dale, Mickey, and Pluto. This restaurant also gives you a unique overhead view of the Living with the Land attraction as the restaurant slowly rotates during your meal. Guests are served a family-style feast of eggs, steak, potatoes, pastries, and more.

Woody’s Lunch Box at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios is home to a great breakfast spot. Over in Toy Story Land you’ll find Woody’s Lunch Box. This quick-service restaurant has outdoor seating that will make you feel like a toy in Andy’s yard. Guests can enjoy a nostalgic Lunch Box Tart, or a breakfast bowl filled with potato barrels, gravy, scrambled eggs, and green onions.
