Attractions At Magic Kingdom With Shorter Wait Times

Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress

The Disney parks are full of magic and memories, but the attractions are the main reason why guests love coming to Disney World. Each Disney park has its own attractions that entertain, thrill, and even educate guests. The Imagineering seen during these attractions is unmatched, and the theming is what really makes the “Disney difference”.  Many guests are familiar with the popular attractions in each park like Seven Dwarfs Mine Train in Magic Kingdom and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT. But what about those attractions that tend to have lesser crowds and shorter wait times? These attractions that guests can just hop on and wait a short time for are some of the best experiences in the Disney parks. If you’re visiting Magic Kingdom this year then keep an eye out for these attractions with shorter wait times.

Prince Charming Regal Carousel

Located in the heart of Fantasyland, this classic attraction doesn’t typically have a very long wait associated with it. Prince Charming Regal Carousel is a classic attraction featuring historical carved horses and a carousel that was originally created in 1917. This attraction gives guests all of the whimsy associated with Fantasyland and typically the wait times for this ride are minimal. This attraction is perfect for little kids, big kids, and even grown-ups, and also acts as a great photo opportunity. In front of the carousel guests can find a sword in the stone photo opportunity where they are invited to attempt to pull it out. You never know what might happen!

Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress

This classic Disney attraction is located in Tomorrowland, and gives guests a great opportunity to rest in the air-conditioning. Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress is an attraction with very little wait times on average. Guests are invited into a rotating theater where they follow the American family throughout the decades. This show was a project that Walt Disney himself personally worked on, and it’s considered to be a historical attraction.

Mad Tea Party

Fantasyland’s Mad Tea Party is another Disney classic that some guests will always have on their “must-do” list. This attraction features the famous spinning teacups with an Alice in Wonderland theme. Because of its high-loading capacity, the wait for this attraction is never too lengthy.

The Barnstormer

Many guests share The Barnstormer as being their very first roller coaster. This family-friendly roller coaster is located in Fantasyland and is gentle for younger kids. This attraction doesn’t typically attract a long wait, and although it is mild it’s still a fun attraction for anyone to experience.
