A Foodie Guide To EPCOT World Showcase



Disney World has made a name for itself as a top vacation destination for foodies. EPCOT is a park that is extremely popular amongst the Disney adult crowd. Guests love its sense of wonder and exploration alongside its celebration of world cultures and what brings us together. World Showcase is a tribute to the cultures of the world, and food is a major part of what makes cultures unique! There are tons of delicious treats, cultural foods, and even yummy drinks to try throughout EPCOT’s World Showcase. Mexico

Mexico is the perfect start to World Showcase and is full of delicious snacks and food to try. La Cantina de San Angel is located right outside of the pavilion and is a great place to grab taco bowls, tacos, and empanadas. There’s also a margarita stand outside, and a bar called Cava Del Tequila inside the pavilion where guests can get specialty margaritas.

Norway

Norway is home to Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe, where guests can find some famous foodie treats. Popular items here include the School Bread, a custard filled pastry rolled in toasted coconut, the traditional Lefse, giant Mickey cinnamon roll, and frozen Viking Coffee with Baileys and Kahlua. Also here is the Akershus buffet, full of traditional Norwegian food and princesses.

China

In the China pavilion guests can enjoy The Joy of Tea stand where they can try hot or iced teas, and even tea cocktails. You’ll also find Lotus Blossom Cafe, a quick-service restaurant serving your favorite Chinese dishes like sweet and sour chicken and orange chicken.

Germany

In the Germany pavilion guests love German craft beers alongside giant Bavarian pretzels and mustard. Also here is Biergarten, a sit-down restaurant featuring a buffet of German goodies like schnitzel and sausages.

Italy

The Italy pavilion is famous for their gelato at Gelato Toscana, and also for Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria. Via Napoli serves wood-fired pizza that is authentically Italian and unlike anything else that you can get in the United States. Many guests consider this restaurant a must-try!

The American Adventure

If you want classic American treats then be sure to make a stop at The American Adventure Pavilion. Here you can find funnel cakes in several varieties, classic American cocktails featuring bourbon and whiskey, and barbecue at Regal Eagle Smokehouse.

Japan

In Japan guests love the Kakigori, sushi, and other Japanese dishes like chicken teriyaki and ramen. Guests also love the packaged snacks that they can find within the Mitsukoshi department store.

Morocco

Morocco is home to Tangierine Café where guests can find falafel and lamp-based dishes.

France

The France pavilion is where guests can visit Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie for traditional French pastries, as well as La Crêperie de Paris for some delicious and unique crepes.

United Kingdom

At the United Kingdom pavilion guests can stop for fish and chips, beer, and other pub food at Rose & Crown Pub.

Canada

The Canada pavilion is home to a Canadian classic: poutine! Guests can get delicious poutine consisting of fresh fries and topped with hot gravy and cheese curds.
